Delete the app and re-download it from the App Store. It should work then. I was having problems with the app crashing like everyone else, but after deleting it completely from my iPad and reinstalling it, everything works fine now...

After the latest update I cannot open the app crashes immediately. Just renewed my subscription before the update and right now its useless. Developer needs to fix it!

Awesome content (5 stars) but new build crashes (1 star). Averages out to a three. Reinstalled app and now crashes on same page every time...weird. Lets get this back up and running quickly...new issue is out!

App crashed immediately after update - I delete and reinstalled the App and that fixed it. Now, everything works great!

This happened before. An upgrade comes out then you upgrade.....then app doesnt even open up? Last time I had to reload all my previous articles....?? Love it when it works.....thats where the one star came from :)

Like others have mentioned, after the last update, this App crashes when you launch it on both the iPhone and iPad. It would be nice if this is fixed prior to the release of the next issue as it makes a subscription worthless if you cant launch the App to view the mag!

Ive enjoyed the digital subscription for months, but now when I try to open I get Upgrading Database then it crashes. Must be since the last upgrade. Please fix this!

The App crashes every time I attempt to open it. Please fix this. This used to be such a good app before the latest update.

Just want to read the mag but Im always being bounced from here to there to open the app or issue. Passwords sometimes work, mostly dont. This app/subscription is too clunky and frustrating. Waste of time.

Over three weeks and they still havent fixed this app? Completely broken, will not open. I paid for a subscription to this magazine and cannot access it. Seems like I am owed a refund.

I had the crashing problem too, deleted the app, reinstalled, and voila, works like a charm.

Come on guys test upgrades before rolling out, i know have mags I cant read as it crashes every time I open it

After updating this App, like everyone else, it kept crashing! I was told to delete and re-install the App, everything is working again. Kinda annoying, but thank you!

Still waiting to fix this mess, after the update the app crash every time. The only way to watch my magazine is from Readr app. Automatic sync with your subscription
